A live, facilitated exercise that pressure-tests your executive team's decisions, governance, and communications against a scenario built from your own critical services — then converts what it reveals into a prioritized fix list.
Most tabletop exercises are generic scenarios and predetermined discussion questions, run once a year to satisfy a compliance requirement. This is different: a custom scenario, built around your real dependencies, run live, and used to generate evidence of exactly where your program will fail under pressure.
A sample of scenarios I design exercises around. Every one is built from your critical services, dependencies, decision authorities, and existing plans.
A 60–90 minute working session and a review of your existing plans, governance, and critical services.
I design the scenario, the injects, and the decision points your team will actually face.
Your executives manage the unfolding event live, under real time pressure.
What surfaced becomes documented findings — not generic lessons learned.
A prioritized roadmap closes what the exercise revealed. See Playbook Development or Program Remediation.
Engagements generally begin at $15,000.
A half-day executive tabletop built on a custom scenario drawn from your real critical services and third-party dependencies, facilitated live.
Design brief · custom scenario & injects · live facilitation · decision log · after-action report · board-ready summary
A multi-scenario program that goes beyond a single tabletop — a design lab, an executive tabletop, and an observed functional or disaster-recovery test, so leadership sees not just how they'd decide, but whether the recovery actually works end to end.
Design lab · executive tabletop · observed functional/DR test · findings report · board readout
Most Pressure Tests are scoped and built within two to three weeks of the initial working session, depending on how much existing documentation you have.
Typically the executive crisis management team — the roles that would actually be activated in a real event, not the whole leadership roster.
It can satisfy the same regulatory requirement, but the scenario, facilitation, and findings are built to be diagnostic — not just documented.
Primarily organizations where operational failure becomes a board, regulator, or reputational issue — financial services, insurance, technology, critical infrastructure, and other complex enterprises. See Financial Services.

Exercises often require access to crisis plans, escalation structures, and vulnerabilities. That material is handled in confidence, and NDAs are available on request.
